We’ve been in the event organisation business since 2005, and one thing hasn’t changed since then: you organise the event. We provide the professional team.
Whether it’s a conference, a corporate event, a promotional event, an exhibition, a festival or an exclusive function, we know that simply having everything in place is not enough to guarantee success. You also need a professional, well-coordinated and proactive team of hostesses and hosts, to whom the organisers can confidently entrust their guests and on-site duties.
With a team of over 2,500 hostesses and hosts, we can adapt flexibly to different events, staffing requirements and tasks.
We do not select our team members solely on the basis of their appearance; good communication, a confident manner, empathy, patience, the ability to cope with pressure and a proactive attitude are just as important to us.

First impressions count. With a uniform that fits in with the event’s image, we ensure that our team of hostesses also project an air of professionalism and quality.
For bespoke requirements, we also undertake the manufacture and procurement of uniforms, as well as the development of dress codes, ensuring that the team’s appearance always blends harmoniously with the style and atmosphere of the event.
